good location but basic rooms

The cheerful staff made our stay enjoyable and welcoming. Having parking secured in a fenced area was very convenient for us, especially since we were traveling by car.

The rooms felt a bit small and basic, lacking some of the comforts we expected.

Clean room, friendly staff, the facility was secure with free parking and a convenient location near the bus stop providing easy access to downtown.

Came for two nights and appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant smell. The pool offered a nice area to relax after a day of exploring. Located close to the main attractions, it was easy to drive in and enjoy the city while feeling safe, especially with good security in the parking area.

We had a pleasant stay with free parking and enjoyed the clean pool after a long day exploring New Orleans. The staff was friendly and made our large family feel welcomed. It was great to have a laundry room available too....

I had a pleasant stay with a clean room and friendly staff who made me feel welcome from the start. The gated parking was a plus for safety, especially in the area, and I appreciated the quick access to public transport for exploring the city. Recommend it for a rough stay

For starters, the staff helped us find a better taxi deal to the port. I mean, who does that? And that coffee, sure it wasn’t the best, but at least it was. there.

Not exactly cheap, but the experience? Yeah, it was tolerable.
